CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREEMENT

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement under English Law between Awyar Painting (Sole Trader/Contractor) and the Customer.

3. MATERIALS & HEALTH AND SAFETY

- Paint: The Contractor generally will not purchase or source the paint, but can help the Customer to pick the paints and finishes they want. The Customer must provide all necessary paint on-site prior to the start date.
- Access & Scaffolding: The Contractor provides standard ladders. For unsafe or hard-to-reach areas, the Customer is strictly responsible for arranging and funding proper scaffolding that fully complies with UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) laws prior to work commencing.

4. PHOTOGRAPHY & EVIDENCE

To protect both parties and prevent legal disputes, the Contractor will take clear "Before" and "After" photographs of the work areas. By signing, the Customer consents to these photos being taken for legal/insurance records and grants permission for anonymous "After" photos to be used in Awyar Painting's website gallery and marketing materials.

5. PAYMENT TERMS & LEGAL LIABILITY

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Contractor agrees to perform services with reasonable care and skill. The Customer agrees that the Final Balance is strictly payable immediately upon completion. Failure to pay will result in legal action to recover the debt, including court fees and statutory interest. The deposit is non-refundable if the project is cancelled by the Customer with less than 48 hours' notice.
